Aurah includes AI-powered tools intended for study assistance and general wellness support.

Only the minimum information necessary to process your request is shared
Third-party AI providers are authorized to process data solely for generating requested responses

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Aurah AI is not a medical or professional service.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Certain third-party SDKs integrated into Aurah, including analytics, advertising, crash reporting, and AI service providers, may collect device identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, and interaction information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Service, including:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
Analytics providers (such as Firebase)
Messaging and notification providers
AI service providers

On Apple devices, Aurah requests permission for tracking in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

Some third-party advertising partners may track users across apps and websites for personalized advertising purposes, subject to user permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

You may manage advertising and tracking preferences through your device settings.

7. Children and Teens

Aurah is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

Additional protections and safeguards may apply to users under the age of 16 where required by applicable law.
